The Huashi Xin'an E-commerce Logistics National Headquarters Project site is located in Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It extends to Xinggong 8th Road in the north, Shangmao Avenue in the east, newly built Shasong Road in the south, and G107 National Highway (Dongxihu Avenue) in the west, with convenient transportation and a good geographical location. The main proposed construction projects include warehouses in buildings A-1, A-2, and A-3, comprehensive building A-4, guard rooms, and equipment property rooms.
The total construction area of the project is 116370.91 square meters, of which the A-1 warehouse has a construction area of 37924.05 square meters; The building area of A-2 warehouse is 35776.53 square meters; The building area of A-3 warehouse is 35056.53 square meters; The building area of the A-4 complex building is 4048.00 square meters; The construction area of the connecting platform is 432.00 square meters; The building area of the ramp, guard room, and equipment property is 3133.80 square meters; The total floor area of the building is 103371.22 square meters.

For the purpose of treating soft soil in the project (reducing post construction settlement of the foundation), the professional contracting and construction unit Guangzhou Shengzhou Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. selected the vacuum preloading drainage consolidation method (80kPa). Vacuum preloading method is used to treat soft foundation to reduce post construction settlement of the foundation. Before foundation treatment construction, the site needs to be backfilled to the design elevation in advance, and then the vacuum preloading area is treated with 80kPa vacuum preloading. The full load preloading treatment time is 120 days. The calculated total settlement of natural soft soil foundation is 681.1-1132.7mm, and the settlement of soft soil foundation during construction is about 476.8-792.9mm.
The company has invested multiple equipment, excavators, and drainage board insertion machines to ensure the smooth progress of the soft foundation treatment project; During the vacuum preloading stage, from the installation of horizontal pipes with plastic drainage boards, the laying of geotextile sealing membranes, the excavation of pressure film trenches, to the installation of vacuum equipment, over 50 people were invested in various types of labor. At the same time, in order to improve construction efficiency and ensure construction quality, a detailed analysis was conducted on the key and difficult points that may exist during the construction process, and the construction plan was optimized and improved. The project actively explored the creation of a "smart construction site", using information and intelligent management methods to improve the quality and efficiency of project safety and environmental protection work, and to ensure the safety of production, achieving the four zero goals of "zero accidents, zero injuries, zero pollution, and zero infection".
